There are many simulated distillation (SimDist) analyses described in the ASTM methods. The most commonly used are ASTM D2887 and ASTM D7213 for light and mid-distillates (gasoline, diesel), as well as the high temperature simulated distillation of crude oils according to ASTM D6352. This 25-minute live webinar provides technical information on the various SimDist methods and includes discussion of column choices, injection techniques, and pain points such as column bleed.
